Bill Fisher received his California Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1986 and was licensed as a Broker in 1990. He has been serving home buyers and sellers full-time throughout San Diego County ever since he entered the real estate profession 20 years ago. Today about 80% of the transactions generated by the Fisher Team is referral based, the result of past client and agent referrals and corporate relocation, local and global. 

The many national and international professional designations Bill has earned signify an elevated experience level and a commitment of time and effort far above the education investment of most agents:
 

Bill also has a degree in Real Estate. He has been a director of the San Diego Association of Realtors and is a two-time past president of the Poway Real Estate Professionals. Since joining RE/MAX in 1999, Bill has earned numerous sales awards and he is a member of the elite RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years, retiring in 1986 as a senior chief air controller. He has also volunteered as a Boy Scout leader. 

The Quality Service Certification is awarded by an outside research company and validated continuously by an independent investigation of client service. Every buyer and seller whose agent is Quality Service Certified is surveyed after close of escrow; each certified agent must consistently earn a high satisfaction rating to maintain his or her certification. Since enrolling in the program in 2001, Pam and Bill have achieved Platinum status every year with a near 100% customer service satisfaction rating, placing them on the Quality Service Honor Roll. 

A portion of every commission earned by the Fisher Team is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network, benefiting Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

Pam Fisher received her California Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1977 and was licensed as a Broker in 1980. Pam also has a degree in Real Estate, as well as Escrow experience. One of the first real estate professionals nationwide to earn the CRP designation, Pam served as relocation director for a 40-agent office and has been a member of the Employee Relocation Council since 1985. Since joining RE/MAX in 1999, Pam has earned numerous sales awards and she is a member of the elite RE/MAX Hall of Fame as well as a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement honoree. Pam is a past officer of both the Southern California CRS Chapter and the Poway Real Estate Professionals.
